The Salvation Army

The challenge
As a charity and church organisation with many service-users, the Salvation Army relies on its network of sites to support people in need. However, the organisation was aware that its approach to asbestos required updating to comply with the new asbestos regulations.
The solution
We completed a comprehensive asbestos survey of the Salvation Army’s entire UK property portfolio. This included corps centre halls, domestic quarters and regional offices, ensuring that the organisation’s activities continued seamlessly at all sites. We also completed a review of the Salvation Army’s asbestos policy so that it meets all current legislation, as well as implementing a comprehensive asbestos management system across the whole organisation.
